I've got a national stables yard, it was built about 2 1/2 years ago and still looks pretty new! Its great! Really tough, and really good value for money! They're worth a look because they don't do much advertising, we only found them because we drove past their main office....
I have a spare stable on my yard at home and I am offering it free in exchange for basic stable duties for my 2 horses twice a day 5 days a week! (literally mucking out and watering, I will do the rest).
I will also be prepared to do the same for your horse at the weekends if you need it...
