i would really like to work in the horse racing industry, but i have never ridden a horse before is that silly? are there any jobs i could do that don't involve riding?

i really like horse racing but i cant ride a horse and my friends seem to think that its weird :rolleyes: just because i have never ridden a horse , is it weird ?? surely there is loads of people at the races who cant ride? haha
