Anyone have any experience of using them? Positive or negative? The horse I ride is now wearing them in the stable and it has provoked some discussion in my yard. so just wondering what you guys think.
Also any thoughts or evidence on how long they should be left on for would be useful...
Well I don't know if this will help but I found that to see a stride I started counting it out loud. I started doing it miles away just 1 2 3 everytime sometimes getting up to 8 before the fence, and now I still do it for the last 3 or 4 and when I count it seems like I automatically ride for...
I agree with the above that said it's too upright at the front and will never do an amazing dressage test with conformation like that. If you want it to go far, it has to do a nice test. I think keep looking!
One of my best friends (girl!) trained to be a farrier and has been qualified now for a few years. The training is tough as you get paid very very little, so you have to be able to cope with that for 4 years. And it's really hard physical work, so you need to be able to withstand that as well. I...
I am off to the royal international horse show tomorrow, never been there to watch only worked there before. I can't seem to find more info about the timetable and what's on, on the hickstead website only says plan for main area. Trying to sort of plan the day, what time to arrive etc. Does...

following a thread about hickstead derby tickets, I'm wondering if anyone has any info about where to get free/disount tickets for rihs? i really want to go but can't exactly afford it! I heard that friday ads might do them, or bhs, anyone know for sure?
thanks!
I also definitely already had mine, for almost 18 years, from mine and his age 10 til 28, until last Saturday.
Not love at first sight, my mum was sure about getting him but I wasn't, he ran away with me the first time I tried him and we still got him. He ran away with me everytime I rode him...
My friend has the exact same problem, she is very slim but has an ample chest! She tried on quite a few at Burghley last year and bought an Airowear Outlyne. The come in quite a few different sizes and are designed to fit different shapes! I've worn it too and it's really comfortable. And not...
I've got a panasonic lumix DMC-TZ3. it's great as it has a 10x optical zoom so you can take great pics even from far away! It's also pretty sturdy and I havne't managed to break it yet!
thanks, i searched on their website for ages and could not find anything, but now have managed to. only relevant bit says that "passing outside the finishing line flags is penalised as a run out". so isn't 100% clear still.
