I borrowed my friends white jodhpurs for competing in and have managed to stain them with horse poo or something else….Washing has proved useless….Does anyone have any tips on how I can remove these god awful stains before I give them back to her… Thank you for the help! x

I told them I basically have no experience with racehorses whatsoever and they said that where I have experience with other young horse breeds I would be fine!

That's ridiculous. Our part livery pay a little bit more than that but they get **** tons of better treatment! And supplying your own hard feed!! We include a basic feed but still !! I am shocked... For the amount of money you are willing to spend on your horse a week you can definitely find...

Out of interest how much do you pay a week? (If you don't mind me asking) I work at a full livery yard and am shocked at the treatment you get!

I think it originated from the idea you are breaking a horses spirit by making them let us ride them (if that last bit made sense) ....so it is a sad term really...
