Travel boot sizes - Please help!

I have a new 15.2 horse and I am not sure what size travel boots he would need. His breed is unknown however a vet suggested he is a thoroughbred cross or a warmblood so he is not big boned. I'm not sure whether to use full size or cob size boots. Any help is appreciated - thank you!
