I would have shot it. I hate dogs now, I used to like them once but I have really gone off them after being lunged at a few times and the owners do sod all about it. I think there needs to be some sort of regulation for dog ownership and if the dog becomes a problem it should be forcibly...

They shouldn't!! I DO NOT want mine fed by someone else in the morning as I may want to ride and it would piss me right off if I'd got there to find him fed.

I'd feed my own and sod everyone else. Sounds harsh but the other liveries are taking the pi$$. Most people on my yard feed their own we don't have problems with horses banging or getting upset as they each know their own person.

Me!! But I'm going to wait until a few days after release so it's not so hectic!!

Dressage! I just love the challenge of schooling them to be light in the hand yet have power and prescence, plus I'm too gutless to jump these days.

I wouldn't touch with a bargepole. You will have no leg to stand on if something goes wrong. In fact I'm pretty sure this is illegal and I will be contacting the VMD first thing Tuesday morning.

I had fantastic service from IW. I rang them for a part, they sent it next day for me no probs at all - and No, I don't work for them!

I use Phil Armitage, he's a superb horseman and can do the most quirky ones without sedation. Does an excellent job at a good rate too.

I feed barley or oat straw as the quality is far superior to wheat. BUT when I had my greedy welsh types on wheat straw beds they ate loads of the stuff with no ill effect, they also ate a gorse bush......as long as they drink enough I tend not to worry.

This is exactly why I a) have individual turnout and b) I remove rear leg straps. Glad they are ok though.

When I had my TB - 16.2 substantial fella he had around 3/4 of a bale over 24 hours, it weighed around 16 - 18 kgs. So glad I have natives now, much easier on the pocket, with only 8 -10 kgs in 24 hours!
