This is what I was thinking but didn't want to influence responses. I've always had 2nd hand Ifors with ramps on the right, but I'm going to order a new one and have a choice and was considering the left. My mare will travel without the partition so will have a good sweep to get out either...
Thanks it was UK Countrystore where I had my original brilliant posts from, but can't see them there any more. I'll look in to these though. Not just the corner posts bending sadly though.
Thanks, there is a Fautras Oblique 2nd hand for sale at the moment on Ebay I think I saw it. I preferred the standard front facing though. Glad you're happy with your Bateson, I'm probably going to order one, there's a 6 month waiting list I believe!
Thanks, the boundary protection won't be moved much when I have more posts, I'm just replacing one wooden fence and intend to use insulators on that one. Then I have a divider that I move daily to allow strip grazing. Thanks.
Did you eventually buy a trailer? I've been researching for ages. From what I can see Bockmann and Fautras are really good premium brands. I like the Fautras Proven which seems to be a forward facing front/rear unload without a ramp. I liked the look of the CL but when I went to the factory...
Hi, I went to view the CL trailers as I really did like them and would have bought one, but there were no upper doors over the rear ramp and I like to travel my horse with one door closed. I'm looking to buy a Bateson now though I would like a Fautras, they're too expensive!
Hi, I use an electric fence constantly on my field to restrict grazing and to protect the boundary fences from being chewed! I'm fed up of the posts bending and the foot plates breaking, I've even had one lot break off at the metal stake. Can someone please recommend a good strong brand...
