omg pinktiger that yard is lovely but it well over a hour away gutted its like mission impossible trying to find a nice friendly yard lol!! Appledore and Northam are really near but not quite sure about the hacking if i can remember. :confused:

Thank you very much, but i think hoops livery is going to be a little to far to travel with working as i like to see my horses every day but it sounds lovely:)
