We have used him twice.Mare went in foal first time on both.We have a 3 yr old and a yearling but I have heard,but unsure whether it is true or not that semen quality has gone down hill quite a bit.If u have success please keep us posted.

Would agree with Sallyf.It is more common than people realise but with careful management you will most likely get a pregnancy.

Grasshorse,Cornet D'Amour is a gelding.

Cant remember when he died either.There is frozen still available but as Jane says it is pricey or is done on a foal share basis as far as I am aware.

Rollin,they were/are impossible to get and could not get any last year either.Dont know what the solution is.There are ones available here I think as of this month so could ask around for you.

I would say that if it was a commercial sire and the same damline it would be going through the sales.

Truth is it is not a commercial pedigree.Daylami was a flop at stud to a certain extent irrelevant of dams breeding.

I just want to chip in with one last thing.There is nothing better than mothers milk and if you can at all give the foal every chance by trying to find a foster mother.Its bloody hard work for a few days but seeing them after they have bonded makes it all worthwhile.I am saying this as we also...
