Has anyone ever seen something like this before?? I cannot find anything even remotely similar, and I am no longer convinced it is Onchocersiasis cervicalus. Not itchy, not weepy or oozy. It looks and feels like an external sorta flaky scar/scab. Shows up in the spring and peaks in the summer...
