I think twice a week is too much. Insisting on a lesson is fine as it's your horse and your terms! But I personally couldn't afford that sort of price.

Good on the old girl!! thats fantastic! althought my nanny is 82 and the thought of her on horse back fills me with dread. If the horse is well suited to her needs then fantastic. :)
