oh gosh!! that's doesn't sound too good!!! my mare doesn't hve any pan issues, shes been checked by various professionals, she is just a cow bag!!! LOL
I would probably be more sceptical if they had tried to push their own products, but they didn't. they told me not to buy any of their calmers, but instead to change the diet and reassess in a months time as to whether or not I still needed a calmer. They helped me to find alternative products...
