Interview went well, but you never can tell. They said would let us know at the latest today so i am sat at work waiting and jumping every time the phone rings..... I feel sick:( On the plus side i still have my other interview at 3pm today.:D

Absolutely i wont be telling anyone at work, I want them to think i am completely dependant on this job. However, I really like the sound of the other job it is a bigger challenge, a more stable company and more money......

When i heard i was getting made redundant i started sending my CV off and i have just had a call to go for an interview at 3pm tomorrow. Now i am really excited.:D

I got made redundant last Monday :( but had to work the 2 weeks consultation period. I work part and another lady works the other half of the shift so I work either 8.30 - 1.05 or 12.55 - 5.30 they are making us both redundant but have said there is another position doing exactly the same job...

Love them, love them, love them. The Velcro is really strong and the rugs and hoods never move, i am a big fan of combo rugs but bought the detachable neck heavy weight and it is amazing also doesn’t rub the main like most combos do. I honestly wouldn’t buy any other make of rug now...

Not the best where bits are concerned but my friend had a lot of success with a loose ring Waterford, he liked to lean and the Waterford stopped him, not dressage legal but she schools in it and then swaps to a French link loose ring for dressage.

Just noticed you are in the North west, which dressage are you going too?

You would normally need white gloves but our local dressage doesn’t bother too much and other than that you should be ok, you don’t actually need to plait for unaffiliated dressage. If you type in British dressage rules it will tell you everything you need to know, I would put up a link but...

Brian Lears he is based near Bolton but i know he delivers all over the country, I think his min delivery order is 3 pallets and there are 28 on a pallet but they are reasonably priced and he does different grades. I use to use his white shavings that he calls "sawdust" but they are not there...

Yep i am going on Sunday, lots of shopping and a few demos also taking 2 girls from the yard that have never been before so that will be really nice to see it all through fresh eye. Cant wait. The only thing i think i want is some winter chaps but you never know what you want till you see it :D

Presuming Back and Saddle are checked and good….. There are no quick fixes just practice. How is he if you mount (eventually) then get off and do it again? I only ask because my lad is better the 2nd time he is mounted. You need to spend a hour (or more) getting on and off and giving him...
