Does anyone know of any retirement livery places or someone who needs a companion horse in the Lancashire/Manchester area?

I think they do as my friend changed all their insurance to them and both their 4x4 are imports, they saved a load of money by grouping all their insurances together I think.

As long as you don't work for them they are great. As an employer they are worse than the devil, hope they burn in hell and then get p*****d on by a giant elephant after the flames have reduced them to ashes

Jenhunt - thanks these are really good leads. Thanks I will definitely contact them, I don't think I would fit in at a racing yard...I'm too fat lol but the shops you've mentioned are great. I'm new to the area so have no idea where to start when looking at places. All other suggestions welcome...

I've always thought the staff seemed a bit older and really helpful so seems strange. Maybe I'll try other places as well, anyone know of places to work in that area and Easingwold?

I've noticed that Ride-Away are advertising for staff, I wondered if anyone had any experience of working for them as they do seem to advertise a lot so seem to have a high turnover of workforce.
