no its not too early for sweet itch as this time last year my pony who have servere sweet itch had the sweet itch rug and fly masks and things on so it could be sweet itch has the pony rubbed any hair/fur from anywhere else?? And it is manily caused by midges but other flies aswell also just...

why do you use these when in exercising your horse??

oh right well im not sure if my horse has been or not then on the back of her front legs where the tendonds are there are ridges which sometimes go scabby in the winter her legs are black so would i see the marks left or not as they haven't gone grey?

how can you tell if a horse has had their tendons bar fired??
