Grazing wouldn't be my issue I don't think. But with hacking from the property not really being great a school is a must.
All this said the interest in my house has fallen through now...
I'm not sure to be honest, just know the overall is just under 4 acres. Think I'm just going to have to take someone in that trade, pos landscape gardiner, and see what if anything can be done

Could anyone tell me the type of person I would need to contact to take with me to see if part of the land could be levelled out enough for a manage?

Track seems to be a bit grown out at the minute when I viewed the property. Pictures on rightmove look good but they were taken in April!
My daughters pony had just been diagnosed with asthma and was wondering if anyone has any experience with this. She's getting on a bit now and will be 20 next May. The vet has given me meds to go on with but he was shocked to hear her breathing hadn't got any better over the past week.

I agree, ponies that have been born and bred grazing on that type of land yes but my concern was my ponies that are not used to this and are getting on a bit in age. You always hear people say bad things about ponies grazing needing to be level etc. it's good to hear that it shouldn't be a...
