Well obviously that was a strong concern of mine at the time. As well as, will my mare be okay carrying a foal to full term. Which is why i went for a 3rd and 4th opinion.

My referring vet at the time, the RVC who performed the neuro test, xrays, and myelogram, i also rang and spoke to a vet at the Animal health trust and another at Rossdales for views.
Not necessarily PTS, it depends on how severe it is. It will likely mean retiring in the least.
My little mare was graded a 2 out of 4 wobbler 12 years ago. I retired her straightaway, she has had 1 foal 10 years ago and has happily lived out 24/7 since.

I had a similar experience with Gavin, 2 sessions at £90 each, he performed more what looked like reiki, no osteo work, and no change to my horse at all. Nice guy, but wouldnt use him again.
Have since used Rob Jackson (on facebook as 'the horseback vet') and highly recommend!!
I am looking for a osteo for my horse and have come across The Horseback vet (Rob Jackson) when googling, has anyone any experience using him? hes more expensive than any other osteo i've used before so would like to hear some views first!

What does a weakened blood vessel mean (why does that happen & will it stay like it)? It is along the gullet, but the gullet on both saddles are definitely wide enough for him.

When i take the saddle off after riding my horse has lumps along his spine, they don't seem to bother him and then go down within about 10 mins. I've had 3 seperate saddlers check my saddles and all say they fit really well but i am still concerned. I have tried using a mattes sheepskin numnah...
