i would say last 2 weeks has got worse. I will just carry on smiling and being polite as you say.

have you looked at mountain horse? maybe lace up boots would be better? i love the paddock boots - so comfy

I use hibiscrub, hot water and quiksilver shampoo. I've also used net cutain whitener in the past and lots of conditioner.
