Great report, lovely pics and vid . Well done! I love Calmsden, but don't recall the castle being so early on - usually they've settled in a bit before that appears. I love reading your reports. Where next?
Great post! Thanks for sharing. You both look fab, and I am v impressed at three outings in February and in snow! Keep us posted with your next adventures.
Fabulous report! Great photos, you both look like you're having a lovely time. We've all been there with missing a fence, onwards and upwards! Looking forward to reading your next report :).
Yay!! Welcome back! :) :)
Sorry to hear about the dog incident - poor you and poor P(Carrot/Cabbage/Onion).
Awesome result though, I'm so impressed, and well done for actually getting a run :).
Great to hear Vito's on the mend.
Can't wait til the next fabulous instalment :) :).
Yep, I only have a monoflap jump saddle, which I love. I do low level BD in it too, and no-one seems to have noticed! I admit that I struggle to ride in a dressage saddle now though, from spending 3 years with short stirrups on a wide bog pony ;)
Mine sounds quite similar, and goes well in a wilkie with French link. He's usually just in a jointed loose ring snaffle but now he's muscled up and fit the wilkie just gives me finer tuning :) Good luck :)
Sounds like you're giving yourself a hard time! It must be really hard to get the competitions and training rounds in when you struggle to get transport, so I would imagine you feel extra pressure to do well when you finally do get out. I'm a complete wimp, but I struck lucky with my brave Bog...
