My 6 month old colt has scabs on his penis and it looks a bit shrivelled. I noticed a few days ago that he seems a bit lethargic and stiff (which I now assume is because he is sore), but this morning I saw him urinating and noticed blackish scabs on his penis and it seemed quite dry looking...
