TOTALLY BONKERS!! everyone riding horses no matter where or when should wear a hat-it's madness not to!! i'm a fan of high viz too and currently trying my friends daughter who rides with us to wear it, it's essential in my view we need to be seen in plenty of time, just hope she feels the need...
