Wouldnt touch Samuelston - A friend was there last year and said people on yard were really nice but wouldnt trust YM one bit. Grass is good in spring/summer but awful in Winter.:( Never been myself but can only go on what friend said Heard that oxenford and hillhead are really nice/good:)
