My Welsh D is currently in a native pony glen working hunter saddle. He is 14.3hh, 4 years old and can only take a 17". I on the other hand am 5ft 10 with long long legs!! I find this saddle has never really fitted right, it throws me off balance plus it moves up his shoulder so am almost on...

It just drowns him!! I agree, should size to the saddle not the horse! On the other hand he has a lemieux dressage pad in L and it fits fine, as do the Roma full size and the nummed?! Its such a shame as the colour is fab, oh well will have to sell on and look for the large pony size.
