I have been using white lotion which is zinc based which seems to assist keeping wound clean. I tried Manuka honey which seems to be great. As long as you get the active 10 honey, I put it on if we want to take for light exercise and stops any bleeding and seems to seal the wound well

Wound getting better the honey seems to be working along with the white lotion. Applying honey before exercising seems to seal wound and prevents any bleeding whatsoever. Well worth trying was a bit doubtful bout the honey but glad I tried it.
