As i said We have lots of experienced help and have been following their advice from day one with no problems. It is not the aids of lunging she doesn't understand, she understands that completely, it is the circling, we normally lunge in squares. Thanks for the replies

Thanks for the replies... she is perfect on the lead rein and does exactly what is asked of her. We are working on the lunging thing but she doesn't quite get the concept of it at the moment, also we have been working her in the yard and on the track not in the school and she isn't 100% happy...

We had 2 labs and were as you described ... active while walking but happy to lie about all day, we've just recently got a cocker and she is much more active and needs walked alot more than the labs! I would definately recommend a lab

Sorry to hear about pilot :( We had our old lab Rosie pts last friday, she was 15 this year and she had just had enough, sparkle had gone from her eyes and she just wasn't as bright anymore, it was so so awful but for the best :(
