Hello, Our horse has mud fever, some scabs and the skin is very red and he is quite sore. Should I apply cream? Should we put a dry dressing on at night? Should we just leave him in the stable and not apply anything? Any advice is much appreciated.

Hello, Our horse has swollen hind fetlocks, there is some scabs when you go deep in to the skin. The skin is red and inflamed, he is quite a lot of pain. What should we do?
