Does anyone have any experience of international horse transport? How to arrange it and how much it costs? I may be travelling to Sweden and have the opportunity to take my horse with me but it would be very dependant upon cost, any advice/information appreciated:)

Hi, I am completing an entry form for a showing class, new to all this! Horse and rider are both registered with CHAPS. I have a jmb cert that says he is 152 cm so do I enter him in CHAPS ridden novice pony or ridden novice horse? Am I correct in thinking that being below 153cms makes him a...

Thanks mrogers. He looks smaller than I think he will measure in, he's not got particularly high withers, just think he looks smaller as he still needs more muscle etc. He will just have to be the little one in the classes if her measures over 153 :)

Thanks, my daughter is 14 but I think we would struggle to get him measured at 15hh. He is going for jmb measuring next week, but she can enter intermediate so all is not lost!

Hi, I'm not sure if I have posted the picture correctly and the quality is poor, but, my question is, will this horse having cow hocks affect him when it comes to showing? He is only 3 years old and we would like to do some showing with him from next year and also dressage. Thanks

Thanks, will try and get someone to help me and follow with a lunge whip, we are on a mission now to get a nice trot because he looks like a right donkey if I drag him! Not quite the look we are aiming for!

Yes, we had that too!! When he did eventually trot he then broke into canter, poor thing looked totally confused then when we stopped!

Hi, have recently acquired a youngster, will be 3 in June. Want to get out and do some in hand classes just to introduce to the world of local showing, how do I get him to trot without looking like I am dragging him behind me?!! Thanks x
