    Prestige D1 dressage saddle

HM I have one and its the nicest saddle I have ever ridden in! It puts me in such a secure and balanced position so my aids are effective and precise. I'd tried sooooo many saddles before this one and now I wouldn't swap it for the world! I think that's why you don't see many second hand ones...

Hi Martlin, how's the search going? Have you heard there's a yard to rent on Sandon Bank (ST18 9TE)?

Martlin, how are you getting on? Just seen a nice looking yard on Facebook which is available and I thought of you. It's in Middlewich though and I'm guessing that's too far?

    Please please help me decide...

£50 a week is a big difference. Will you ride much in the winter? If so, the indoor school might be worth the extra money? I like the sound of the gallops at the first yard though!

    Dirty stopper, any experience s?

I had a horse who I rode for a friend for a while and he used to put in 'dirty stops'. He was only 9, was sound, the vet was happy with him and he had had all of the normal checks done (saddle, back, physio, teeth etc.) I decided to do a test though and gave him some bute for a couple of days...

Martlin, have you thought about putting a poster up in the saddleries/Wynnstay etc. in Uttoxeter/Stafford etc.? If you're not planning a visit soon then you can email something to me and I'll go to put it up for you if you like?

Hi Kat, I've not heard of Green's Equestrian, what's it like? Martlin, I hope you find something soon. Are there any maybes/possibilities?

Thanks Martlin, I'll look into those. A friend of mine was at Eland for a while and received horrendous service so that has put me off there. Is there an indoor school at one if the yards at Kingstone? Sorry to hear your horses are currently homeless Martlin. What will you do? How many do you...

Thanks Martlin, that's useful. Some of those things may worry me too. I haven't heard of Dolesfoot Farm, whereabouts is it? If possible, please could you do me a list of the yards that you know of around Uttoxeter (especially those towards Stafford)? How are you getting on with your yard search?

Hi Martlin, thanks for your reply. I'm looking for full livery at a yard with a good school (must be floodlit outdoor or indoor so I can ride in the evening). Ideally I would like some help with schooling a couple of times a week as my job is very demanding. Would you PM me what you thought...
