Car battery not charging..used for lecci fencing with Energiser

It's only 2 months old and 12v, I bought a charger and left it on all day...it's showing on the dial that it's at full voltage but it's black on the battery, ie needs charging, am I missing something, can't see what I'm wrong, the charger is self explanatory?

    Setting up a Fenceman energiser

Ah, I am used to the clicky sound from previous yard, where it was attached to the mains. Thanks, that's useful re settings, to turn it on you just turn the black nob at the bottom clockwise until it clicks, I just turn it all the way round, so maybe that is the setting then, will see if it...

    Setting up a Fenceman energiser

Oh yes I have ordered a clip as thought that would have a better and more secure clip to the tape. Thanks for that, it almost looks like the bunched up bit at the back is a clip. I am trying to troubleshoot why it only works if I grab and squeeze the tape, is it supposed to make a 'click click'...

    Setting up a Fenceman energiser

This is the pic that confuses me, as the red wire looks like it is attached somewhat to the back of the energiser and then attached to the tape. Mine just goes from the red nob at the top straight to the leci tape...

    Setting up a Fenceman energiser

Yes, I have done that and attached the clip but to the tape. I will send a photo as it doesn't look like mine set up, not attached to battery yet, it has the internal 2 d batteries in it.

    Setting up a Fenceman energiser

On the picture of it connected to the the fence it shows the red wire somehow clipped to the back of the energiser and then to the tape, whilst mine is just loose and connects from the energiser to my tape, I am just using the 2 d batteries until I can get a car battery. I can't see anything on...

Feed for 6 yr gypsy cob

He had covered mares but was cut at 2.5, he's currently in with 2 mares and does fine with just 1 scoop of rigcalm from March as he had previously tried to mount one of them. He needs to gain a lot of muscle and looks like he still has a lot of filling out to do, I'm the only one riding him at...

Feed for 6 yr gypsy cob

My new boy is arriving soon, my question is my youngster (3) is just on Dodson & Horrel Suregrow, shall I put my new cob on this also? He's on rigcalm and alfa-a at moment. Just looking for advice so I'm not wasting money on stuff I don't need. Thanks in advance.

    Considering Breaking Bitless.

With the initial starting bitless you are hardly going to be going off on a fast hack anyway are you. Enclosed areas to start off with obviously, building up. Bits have their place, worst thing someone can do is pull on a tanking off horse, more like to try and run from the pressure. Micklem...

Why am I having a problem leading my horses from the right?

Apparantly they like to keep their right side clear to flee away if needed. Weird, I'm left handed but feel totally weak leading on the right side, if I feel fully is on her toes I get to the left just incase I need the leverage as feel so unbalanced and awkward on the right, maybe it's caz I've...
