Thanks very much for the info, sounds very nice, might be a bit far on that hatfield side of St Albans, ideally looking for north side if that way as its on the very very edge of my search area but you never know. Any others? DIY/part livery spaces are hard to come by!

thanks for the tips.... haven't found any with spaces though... any other yard ideas? Might consider just grazing/field although a yard with school would be best. Suppose could stretch as far as Hemel Hempstead Berkhamstead and St Albans for a really good yard. Thanks
