She's huge but a total softy and thinks she's the size of a JRT :S .When she stands on her back legs she looks me in the eye ! I'm 5"9 !!!

I'm sure that I've seen a top showjumper riding with just a weymouth bit cant for the life of me remember who. But I've seen people ride a pelham with double reins but have a slack snaffle rein and tight curb rein. I'm not a fan of roundings but use a connector rein . Also my sj trainer doen't...

If you mean jumping horses while still on ponies. I jumped horses while on 148's some horses have a pony way of going if you get me. It takes some getting used to ( depends how you walk the course and ride) I see some people not care about strides ?!? which baffles me. But its fun good luck

dont like it when I see riders going crazy with the whip ( round the horses head ect) I will occasionally give mine a smack or two for a refusal or when they are being naughty like napping but would not call that a beating firm but fair is the way. Normally a good grawl at my horse and unlady...

To be honest I think the whole snaffle fad is silly every horse is different if he/she goes well in a bit then I dont mind what its in. I'd rather have a light happy horse than being pulled and fight every two mins. But I showjump so were not as picky as the dressage people

Yeap mine will let others ride him aslong as not male. But following last weeks jumping everyone said he was a different horse with my friend jumping him and not in a good way in 3 classes 6 refusals !!!!!

I dont but my friend who rides my horse does as my legs are stonger than hers also she's 5"4 and I'm 5"9 so he's a bit dead to her leg :-/

Dont think shes daft enough to ride in hotpants its just part of her range and the media have found an angle to go with. After all how many of us would ride in the joules dresses ?
