i agree. The current contracts state that we are not liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury to persons or animals and that all liveries must have 3rd party liability cover. The previous YO ran it this way for 5 years! But I would be much happy knowing that we are covered by our own insurance.

About 6 months ago I lent a friend some money to start up a livery yard. She has good experience of working on and running yards and a host of other useful equestrian experience. But no experience of running a business. Its now just about breaking even with more liveries on the way. Currently...
