Extra Strong mint /icing sugar paste sandwich works for mine with prascend tablets. Push the pills into a ball of icing sugar / fondant paste and then sandwich the paste inbetween two extra strong mints

You won't get better than Mike Byers of Shotter & Byers. Based in Surrey but will travel extensively. I can't recommend him highly enough.

You need to find a practice that can do mobile digital x-rays. Shotter & Byers Equine Veterinary Services are able to offer this service...they routinely cover the Surrey/Sussex/Hampshire area but I know will travel further afield (obviously charging for travel)
