Thanks for the advice. It's actually come up really nicely with good old neatsfoot oil followed by saddle soap. I'm quite proud of it now:D

Hi All, I'm hoping there is a tack genius out there to help me! I've got hold of a rather ancient leather bridle and bit. The leather seems to be proper English leather, although it's VERY dry due to being in someone's tack box for the last few years! It has a round, black emblem on it...
