Looking at the progeny I’ve found (via Rimondo), he doesn’t seem to throw heavy. Remove all the stallion features and I think he’s still not heavy in the frame though?
Pic of him jumping for anyone interested - https://www.facebook.com/EliteStallionsUK/posts/1989106121117022
Thanks both. Interesting to see those % differences. I too wonder why he went the dressage route but do think he has excellent bloodlines for eventing. Just struggling to find much background information.
Gosh, I havent posted on HHO Forum for a LONG time! But my research is drawing a bit of a blank so here goes.
Im trying to find some more information on the Heraldik dressage son H Ekwador; progeny, temperament, a decent stood up photo etc. Im particularly interested in his breeding for...
Er, I'm definitely not new.
The horses are lame in the sale ads and a good proportion of them have been put down post purchase. I don't need to deal with the them to see obvious lameness...
Feel free to check out my history.. I've been here a loooooonng time. All my comments are based on the horrendously lame horses I've seen advertised, the awful stories I've read and the venom the woman spouts. I've no axe to grind, just the welfare of horses (and novice buyers) in mind.
Dodgy as they come. I don't often post on here anymore but I'll make an exception for these crooks. I've seen countless sale ads showing lame horses and heard many sob stories. These people are selling extremely lame horses and are completely negligent. They either don't realise the horses are...
I wondered this too. A rotational at a brush fence would be unusual but I am only assuming the owl hole would be brush. I'm only speculating because fall information can be so vital in making the sport safer.
Wishing William and his family all the best.
Very sorry to read this. I've been through something similar with 2 event horses. I don't know if this will help.. The first we had put down. We were on rented land, had little grazing, and gave him as much time as we could. It utterly broke my heart to have him PTS. The second I still have, he...
Astounding reaction KEP. What a complete PR boob posting on this forum was. Thank god this poor woman was ok and your terrible customer service has been publicly highlighted.
Looks like the rest of the equestrian world has noticed too.. I have friends in Australia and the U.S. sharing this...
