Consider selling you Kontrol on ebay. Albions do generally fetch good money.
It may help you to find out from the Saddle fitter how much he will give you for your Kontrol before he comes out.
If they are a member of the Society of Master Saddlers you can ring them and get some advice. The Society of Master Saddlers has a complaints procedure. If they are not members then you only have re-course through the courts.
Oh and put your complaint in writing to the shop.
As a saddle fitter I would always go for non elastic. Thorowgood Cob is the one I would definately recommend. Elastic on one side can easily let the saddle fall to one side especially if the horse is different in his muscles behind the shoulder, and most horses are. Also if a rider sits to one...
