I feel for you, my mare is ridiculous out. She's not spooky as such but if something surprises her like a bird flying out a hedge then my god do I know about it! It's a massive massive over reaction and it generally has me off as she is gone! She rears, spins and runs but it happens so quick...
My mare is on relax me by horse first as she is very spookey and kept spooking and tanking of with me across the school bronking!! Have seen a drastic improvement since her being on it

Hi all, apologies this isn't strictly competition but it's for a competition horse! My horse got cast a couple of weeks ago and actually broke the brick wall at the front of the stable which had to be re built. She has been in a different stable for 2 weeks whilst it's been re built and waiting...
I have too, horse came in with random tendon sheath swelling. Wasn't lame but wasn't going down, vet advised a weeks box rest with cold hosing and if it still hadn't gone down would need it scanning. Had it scanned and nothing was found, swelling randomly disappeared and the insurance then...

I don't post very often but have been a showjumper all my life and am hoping to get my new girl out eventing this summer.
Therefore not sure on the correct attire! I am a typical showjumper with black jacket, pink collar, white breeches etc!
Really want a tweed jacket but struggling on...
Thank you, ill go back to the canter poles for now then and gradually build it back up with a cross pole. I havent tried loose jumping no think I will though as the fence round my school is high enough and think it will help her, what if she doesnt want to do it though?
