I am wondering if you are allowed a loose ring Waterford bit in a showjumping class? I have one on sunday and need to know if you can have one?
also I don't think you can but are you allowed a martingale?
We have poles but only in the field not in the school, and my hacking around isn't very good at all its all road work on busy roads. Thank you for the suggestions though will try and get the poles in the school hah
I have a welsh cob who is relatively lazy and doesn't listen to your leg very much after being in a riding school for 5 years!
we want to vary what we do when in the school because when we don't have a dressage test to practise we both find it quite boring.
I was wondering what you all do...
My 9y/o Welsh gelding does a very similar thing, although he only does it at the yard when he's tied up outside or in his stable (loose) he doesn't urinate or anything just gets extremely restless tries to brake free and starts to bite etc.
I think he was too late to be cut when he was about...
I am going out to show my horse at the end of April and all my classes are TSR qualifiers and some are NPS. I can quite understand the rules for the show and if I need a membership to be able to qualify?
any help would be very helpful!:)
I am going to start showing with my black Welsh cob and I was wondering what colour tack and equipment (gloves, show cane etc) should be?
I have heard that showing colours is better if it is brown but as I have a black horse I wouldn't really like to put brown on my horse.
its at county...
I have been searching the internet but I cant seem to find any of the prelim 4 and 13 anywhere?
I was wondering if anyone could send an attachment or a website I can access these tests?
prelim 4 and 13 and possible novice 24.
thankyou for any help in advance.
Personally I would go for a bright orange or a patterned tie just so you stand out from the crowd. This would make you look fab and very very presentable
