My horse has PSD and had Tildren 2 weeks ago so still awaiting effect, but he has had Tildren twice before for unexplained lameness in his front shoulder area with 100% success both times so all fingers are crossed. My vet always administers anti spasmodic drugs and he has never had any problems...
