It seems an impossible ask what I am looking for and its getting very depressing :( Pattens doesn't have flood lights and I ride in the evenings! Beginning to wonder if I need to move!x Is the yard in Little or Great Baddow? x

I rang Jenny but they only have turnout for 30 mins in a sand paddock from October to May which wouldn't suit mine, I like them to go out in the field as much as possible! x

I am constantly looking for a full livery yard in or near Chelmsford Essex with a menage, all year turnout, rubber matter stables (not essential) and horse walker (not essential). I want a yard that will treat my 2 horse as their own. Any recommendations are much appreciated.
