I'd probs go large I have lrg size too and prefer them on my lad as worry about xl being too long but that's just my opinion

I haven't got exact measurements but they are quite long I dont know how big your cob is but my lad is 17hh and growing and they are long enough for him he's proper wb build with 9inch bone if that helps

Hi CandO I think as above - Its better to stick to your comfort zone the first time you go out - don't forget a lot of the bigger scopey horses are more comfortable jumping slightly bigger as well - If you've been sticking to smaller then thats the best way to start - remember things do change...
