Thank you all for your feedback, it was very helpful. I have made some changes and adjustments. Now each questionnaire is based on one horse. Some questions are there to see what people's opinions are about certain statements. Many Thanks.

thanks for your info. Very useful. I have adjusted certain things and added parts. In the questions where a certain option is not available, it will have a "other" box, so people can add it in. Hope its better now : ).
