I try to remember, these people aren't writers, they're sports people. I think their stories are always going to come off factual. Read Mark Todds out of interest, but see him in an interview and he is very funny and self deprecating

Thanks for the welcome :D Been in UK for a number of years now... even I was proud for team GB. How could you be here and not cheer for Mo or Jessica.... or Charlotte and Nick? Not a Brit, but still thought it was brilliant.

oh and it may also be important to note, I'm a Kiwi, and we are obviously the best eventers in the world...... :D
