A waiting list is usually a good sign.
I'm ok at the moment so can go on a waiting list but it's closer to where I live and looks like it has better facilities so it could be a good move.
I suppose being quite new there's not a lot to say good or bad.

Yes £4 every time someone rides your horse. They said it was for "insurance" purposes but my BHS and Horse policies cover anyone riding or handling my horse with my permission.
