    Then show plaited with a pretty brow band and if at area level snaffle should be fine but if regional maybe consider Pelham or double. X

    Lower farm I've heard bad press! Woodlands Court is nice my friend is a grass livery there. I'm next door in Woodlands farm with Sarah Fell. The lady that runs Woodland court seems very nice and they have a nice new school. Hope helps. J

    A pleasure. Hope you like it! I've only moved round the corner I'm at Woodlands farm (Downside livery) with Sarah Fell - On DIY. I only moved to get access to better facilities but if you want decent grass livery Thorncroft is fab.

    The yard I was at is called Thorncroft http://www.thorncroftstables.co.uk/ Andrea who runs yard is fab! I kept my horse there for 3 years but moved as needed indoor/outdoor school for my boys dressage.

    I know when I was grass livery a year ago it was £88 a month. I think same yard based in Leatherhead now charges £100 they have space for a few more at present if interested PM me and I'll give you owners contact details.

    I used to live in Putney highly recommend www.downsidelivery.co.uk if thinking of a Surrey yard.
