    Setting up electric fencing

In simple terms what do I need to set it up, I only want to strip graze. I have been looking at this one, a solar powered energiser battery, from researching I believe I will need an earth stake, and is that all I need...

    Fat cob help!! Muzzle??

Hi, I sympathise, my gypsy cob was looking like a broodmare so bought a shires duluxe muzzle, I bought an x large as its stops rubbing and there's plenty of room for him to yawn etc. I can get 3 fingers length ways in at the muzzle to give you an idea. I have plaited his forelock over the top of...

    Lateral cut above coronet band.

If my mare had severed a tendon would she be able to trot sound? She did this once and then went back to being lame, she is under veterinary care, its only been a few days, had the usual antibiotics, keeping wound clean. I am just hoping she is sore and that's why she is lame, has anyone else...

Limestone to be fed alongside Mag Ox?

I've heard this to, but does anyone know the reasons why, also will mag ox used on it's own be beneficial for a horse that is deficient in it? Our soil has been tested and is low.

Limestone to be fed alongside Mag Ox?

Please can someone confirm if Limestone needs to be fed alongside Mag Ox - I don't know the ins and outs, but my friend said her vet recommended this in order for the Mag Ox to work?

Advice on waterford bit for traditional cob?

Just wanted to update, luckily someone at yard had a hanging cheek waterford for me to try. Wow what a difference, lovely relaxed contact, not dragging himself along on forehand and even bounced over some trotting poles, where before he'd be tripping over them, and only needed to lightly...
