It might be worth trying Matt Drynan on Facebook? He comes to a few driving things. There's also Andy Campbell at Taken Event Photography or Aidan at Saltire photography. Would have loved to help but we're away down to Burgham with the eventers!
Thanks everyone, it's looking like 100 and 120 metres of fence and we are going to buy new tape to run and we do try to look after it.
A decent zap is what we want as one of the ponies is Welsh and does try to test it.
Will have a look at the mole valley ones
I could do with some technical help with buying a new energiser for our field.
There are so many different energisers and so much different technical information.
We just need an energiser that will run a fairly straight piece of fence so we can strip graze.
Any help would be gratefully...
Is anyone going?
Some of the top carriage drivers in the country will be taking part in a highly competitive world cup experience. This will include 3 heats round 2 obstacles and cones.
It will be a great chance to see these drivers really going for it, was a great spectacle last year
On Saturday it was our lovely young event horses third competition, the be100 at Bradwell. We stayed close by the night before and as he wasn't on til 240 we had a walk round the cross country course. I haven't walked the course at either of his previous events so was impressed with the jumps...
I just wondered if anyone else is going to be competing or spectating at Lincoln on Friday the 20th?
Me and my sister are heading down as the horse we have a share in is doing his first event, cameras will be at the ready.
Slightly terrified already but can't wait to meet jack (horse), Bert...
Vallin that is an amazing picture. Think you maybe visited my boss at their box?
I love hearing people's reaction to seeing driving, ok the stuff we do isn't quite like that but it's just as exciting and as much fun
I have to admit that i can't watch your video of the hiccup, it gives me the shakes, i think because our boys are chestnut, glad to hear everyone is ok.
I'm so jealous of weg, we were there spectating and had an amazing time, i must get the photos sorted out.
Last weekend was our last competition of the season so quite sad really.
So off for a girlie day with my best friend today then back to work tomorrow and I'm sure there is more harness to clean.
Thanks dollyana. Yes gypsy is a sparkling white, I don't think you'd miss him lol it is always nice to see photos of the boys.
It was a such a beautiful spot for a competition, section A was gorgeous, i love seeing different parts of the country.
It is brilliant to see so many new names...
