My life with horses began ten years ago when I got the chance to handle and work with young horses on a stud farm in France! The stud farm was run by an ex-national sj champion for Belgium I took on a 17yr old anglo arab that was no longer wanted by a young rider and it was like flying on a feather, he was amazing! I retired him and bought him home, and got a companion ex race horse for him - life was bliss! When my original horse had to be pts at the age of 25, I invested in my current boy Texas de l'Azerou! I've had numerous falls (jumping young horses) but 4yrs ago I was airlifted to hospital with a brain injury and broken femur in three places after my boy Tex took off (tho will never know exact circumstances) but am living proof that one recovers and gets back into the saddle, but I realise that I am very very lucky!

Training, hacking and jumping on Texas plus the odd (very odd) unaffiliated sj comp! Walking with Dora and other half, seeing grown up kids & family, comedy cafe nights with friends and generally chilling with nice people
