The pony looks like it can barely stand properly let alone carry a rider! I hope somebody responsible decides to put him on a diet before he becomes unwell.
P.S Why is it that cob/coloured/hairy horse owners very rarely criticise other horse owners purchases but always seem to have their purchase choice questioned by 'normal' horse owners? I wouldn't dream of criticising someones choice of horse because they have got the horse that they want.
I own a lovely gypsy cob who is quite talented. People have judged her purely based on the fact she is a cob until they see her ridden and realise she has lovely paces, transitions and lateral work. I sometimes feel I have to prove myself more as a cob owner but along with other cob owners...
I like Woof Wear gloves with rubber pimpled reins. They grip really well as a combo but have the ease of being able to slip the reins if you need to. I like this combo because I have arthritis in one hand and can't grip too hard on the reins during a flair up. Happy Shopping!

Thank you so much for replying. I was very careful about meeting the criteria of the class as regards correct bridle and turnout etc. I felt that even if I had ridden brilliantly that I wouldn't have got a higher place anyway. I tend to agree that it must have been a personal preference thing...
