LOL @ my wording! I know it doesn't matter what happens to them after they are dead if they are dog meat or not! I know I should have re-worded sorry. I was upset that people can just buy horses for a couple of pound and leave them to defend for themselves. I am glad the RSPCA are finally...
what I was thinking was that being pts was upsetting because good healthy horses were being killed for dog meat when I am sure there would be good homes available for them rather than them ending up as dog meat. At the end of the day the horses should be looked after, they should be taken btw...
My view is the people should not be allowed to own a horse but it's not the horses fault they get into these situations its not like they will be put to sleep they are going to be used for dog meat. To me these horses are worth more than that and would be better off taken to a sanctuary where...
Thanks for mentioning the bit size I completely forgot to mention that! I hope the horses get sufficent care they need same in all countries. In many Eastern European countries donkeys are subjected to torture as the people are ill educated they believe they are healing them of thier illness...
I live in the swansea area (Wales) there are horses tethered untethered walking all over the place they got welsh ponies which go for a £1! Now the RSPCA are rounding them up and slaughtering them NO KIDDING! Apparently its going to happen in the next few weeks.
Was it the same charity? I think charities would do so much better if they accpeted the bits you sent. Yes money is a huge help to them but so are the bits!
While browsing horse bits I came across an awful picture of the bits used in India they are like medieval torture devices. Under the picture was a link to help these horses take a look.:)
